Meditation Enlightenment - Inner Silence Allows Your Light To Shine More

Meditation Enlightenment - Inner Silence of Spiritual Meditation Allows Your Light To Shine More

Hello again, Dear One,

Many spiritual seekers want to know why meditation is important and if spiritual meditation leads to enlightenment.

I speak personally when I say that my spiritual meditation practice is my chief daily means to align with my Soul Self and Divine I Am God Presence.

Although twenty minutes seems long when you first start out, after getting accustomed to a twenty minute daily meditation practice, that same twenty minutes seem to fly by.

Of course, if you've missed a few days or if you are going through a particularly stressful period, sometimes your spiritual meditation may not feel as smooth as it usually does.

But even in this case, after I finish my twenty minutes and relax and rest, my day ALWAYS proceeds much more smoothly than before I meditated.

You may wonder why that is, so let me touch on that a bit. When you meditate using a spiritual meditation technique such as the one below, you learn to let the mind and its thoughts slip into the background.

You focus on your breath and your heart center and you imagine deeply connecting with your I Am God Self and Soul Self. In my mind's eye, I see my physical body enfolded within a wonderful oval-shaped sheath of golden white light.

As I allow myself to relax and let go all my day's concerns, I feel my heart expand and become one with the Heart of my Soul Self and I Am Presence so that we are One. I meld and melt into a deep, blissful awareness of Who I Really Am on the spiritual plane.

Time passes and twenty minutes sometimes feels so short.

At those times when thoughts return before the end of my meditation, I just focus on my breathing again and go back to experiencing my Oneness with my Divine Presence.

It is this Vastness experienced during the spiritual meditation that enlightens You. By taking the time to meditate and rest, you allow the Light of your Soul, of your Divinity Within, to flow through and anchor within each and every cell of your body.

Regular practice in this way allows you to align consciously with your Divine Presence during your daily life so that you express more Divine Love, Wisdom, Peace, Abundance and Bliss.

This is your inner Divinity, your Divine Light, innately within you, getting its chance to express more and more through you. This is your Light, shining, loving, uplifting all with whom you interact and all Life on Earth and beyond.

So enjoy your meditation enlightenment time as a means to connect with your spiritual self. Take the time to meditate spiritually to build an awareness and familiarity with your own Divine Presence Within.

Look forward every day to spending time in your own meditation enlightenment process. There is no rush to be Enlightened because you already are inside.

It is just to allow your Divine Self to anchor within so it can more fully express in your outer life... and your silent spiritual meditation enlightenment practice is all you need.

Until next time, Angel Blessings and Hugzzz,

Angela

I enjoyed reading your post. I have been practicing meditation for 20 years and see that we have many similar beliefs. I am sharing my tools on my blog, Daily Spiritual Tools. I would love your feedback on my thoughts.
Namaste,
Sherry
