Simple, Very Easy Beginner Meditation - Practice and Give Feedback

How have you been?
Today I thought I'd share with you some beginning information about meditation. A lot of people assume meditating is hard but I feel the hardest part is getting over the idea that it is hard so that you can just experience it for yourself.
The key to meditating is to let go all your preconceived ideas of what meditation may be. Meditation is about your own personal experience and developing awareness of yourself and all Life within and without you.
So to start off, just focus on becoming accustomed to breathing more deeply and keeping your awareness on your breath for two, then five, then ten minutes at a time.
Starting there is non-stressful, gets you more fully in touch with your body and breath and helps you tune into the rhythm of your life breath.
