I don't think I've mentioned that I offer cosmic channeled cosmic guided healing meditations every second Sunday of each month.

This spiritual channeling in the form of guided healing meditations provide a powerful healing space for participants, whether they are present live in the moment listening to it afterwards. The ArchAngels, Healing Angels and Ascended Masters imbue their energy into it so it will be available for all who come to listen later.

These spiritual channeling meditations leave you feeling peaceful, refreshed and much lighter, like you've let go of a lot of baggage that only kept you back.

Participants say that they experience communicating with God and the Universe in a whole new way because they are able to perceive their connectedness to Life more fully and completely.

One of the things I've noticed over the past year since starting to facilitate Channeled Cosmic Guided Healing Meditations again is that the energy keeps building every month as I relax into the process more and more.

Now, because I'm so totally comfortable with the process of getting and staying out of the way during the guided meditation, I am so much more able to laugh, crack jokes and fully bliss out during the entire process.

If you told me last year September that I would be having so much FUN with this, I'd have laughed you out of town!!! ;-)

One of the best parts of all of this for me is how powerfully the energy is transmitted to listeners long after the LIVE spiritual channeling of the Cosmic Guided Healing Meditation occurred!

I didn't get to share the following channeled messages in the form of a cosmic guided healing meditation yesterday but here it is now. It's all about something that we all truly want but most human beings never ever get a chance to experience - inner peace.

As you awaken from your restful reunion with your Soul this day, give thanks for all that you have created in your life. Give thanks for all of Life's blessings that you have allowed through into your daily human reality.

If you would like to, please breathe along and imagine with me.

I breathe in this morning's fresh, clean air. I give thanks for it infusing my lungs with new clarity, healing energy and Life's loving embrace.

I breathe in, deeply.

I release my breath slowly through slightly parted lips.

I breathe in Love, deeply.

I hold Love within me, allowing it to fill every cell.

I release confusion completely.

I breathe in Peace, gently.

I hold Peace within me. I breathe out all conflict and concerns.

I breathe more Peace in, hold it in, then breathe out conflict, anxiety again.

I feel Peace filling me. Peace, blissful, gentle peace fills my mind, my heart, my emotions, my worries. Peace calms all my concerns. Peace claims me as its child and holds me lightly, firmly in its embrace.

Finally, I Am Peace. Right now. Today.

I radiate Peace through every pore. My Peace frequency reaches out and touches my family, my loved ones, my friends. Peace blesses every human being this morning as it touches each one from within my Peaceful Heart center.

I Am Peace.

Peace is all I'm able to express today. I Am Peace-filled, Peace-ful.

I breathe in Love.

I breathe out Peace.

I share Peace with all my world today.
